Refund Policy – NodeSpace
At NodeSpace, our mission is to provide a safe, engaging, and entertaining environment where members can enjoy a wide range of computer games, multiplayer experiences, and special events. While we strive to deliver a flawless experience, we understand that there are times when a refund may be necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted. By purchasing memberships, session passes, or event tickets, you agree to the policies described below.
1. Refund Request Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests received after this period may not be considered unless exceptional circumstances apply, such as technical issues directly caused by the club.
2. Membership Refunds
- Monthly memberships: Refunds available within 14 days of purchase if the member has played less than 5 hours.
- Quarterly memberships: Refunds available within 21 days if less than 12 hours of gaming time have been used.
- Annual memberships: Refunds available within 30 days if less than 20 hours of gaming time have been used.
Partial refunds may be considered based on the remaining portion of the membership, calculated proportionally to unused time. Memberships exceeding the specified usage are non-refundable.
3. Gaming Sessions and Prepaid Packages
- Unused prepaid session hours are refundable if requested within 10 days of purchase.
- Once any portion of a prepaid session is used, it becomes non-refundable.
- Private room bookings or multiplayer arena reservations must be canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations 3–6 days prior receive 50% refund, and cancellations less than 3 days prior are non-refundable.
4. Event Tickets, Tournaments, and Workshops
- Cancellation of events, tournaments, or workshops must be made at least 10 days before the scheduled date for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 5–9 days prior receive 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event are non-refundable.
- If the club cancels or reschedules an event, participants may request a full refund or transfer the booking to a future date.
5. Digital Items and Virtual Goods
Certain items are non-refundable:
- Virtual items, game skins, or in-game content once accessed.
- Promotional bundles or discounted digital packages marked as final sale.
- One-time access passes once activated.
Refunds for digital items may be considered if technical issues prevent proper access and the issue is reported within 7 days of purchase.
6. Technical Issues or Service Failures
- Report the problem within 7 days of occurrence.
- Staff will attempt to resolve the issue before issuing a refund.
- If resolution is not possible, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
- Issues caused by personal devices, third-party software, or personal network problems are not eligible for refunds.
7. Accidental or Duplicate Purchases
Notify staff within 24 hours if an accidental or duplicate purchase occurs. Refunds will only be issued if the purchased service or membership has not been used or activated.
8. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Store credit may be provided if refunding to the original payment method is not possible.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
9. Misuse of Refund Policy
Refunds may be denied if:
- Multiple requests are made without valid reason.
- Fraudulent claims or suspicious activity are detected.
- The member has violated the club rules or code of conduct.
Abuse of this policy may result in membership suspension or termination.
10. Legal Compliance
This Refund Policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws. All statutory rights will be fully honored.
